The SRA is dedicated to representing the interests of the Swakopmund community on the Swakopmund Municipal Council. Our mission is simple yet profound: to make Swakopmund an even better town for all residents.
We believe in the power of community and collaboration, and we work tirelessly to ensure that the concerns, needs, and aspirations of Swakopmund resident are heard and addressed.

Any person that is a citizen of Swakopmund and is over the age of 18 is eligible to join the Swakopmund Residents Association.
To become a member, simply fill in our online form or download a form right here.
N$100.00 per year.
The SRA Executive Committee is formed by a group of individuals, who are prepared to offer their time to commit themselves to the better governance of Swakopmund. To do this, the members meet once a month and discuss issues and plans concerning the town and when necessary, forward their concerns or queries to the SRA Council Representative or responsible Swakopmund department.
Assist by being the eyes and ears in town and report issues of concern to the SRA.
